Membership payments are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law.
What this covers
This policy applies to the $9.99/month Sewknitcrochet membership. The membership provides access to project ideas, patterns, and on-demand lessons across sewing, knitting, and crochet.
The same no-refund rule is shown with the membership offer before the hosted Stripe checkout action begins. Starting checkout does not change that rule.
Rights required by law
Nothing in this policy removes a refund or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where applicable law requires a refund, that requirement controls.
Billing questions
For a question about a membership payment or this policy, email sew-knit-crochet@polsia.app. Please include enough information for Sewknitcrochet to understand the question, but do not send a password or full payment-card number.
